Drinking Chocolate (67% dark chocolate) - A hot chocolate you can truly feel good about. Made with direct trade cacao beans, this bean to bar dark hot chocolate is vegan friendly and not overly sweet. If you prefer a sweeter drink, just add a little sugar.
You can control how rich you would like your drink. Use less (2 oz) water/ milk/ oat milk for a chocolate shot. Below is a recipe we commonly use and is a little closer to a traditional hot chocolate drink. To Make: Heat 1 cup (8oz) milk or milk alternative on stove top until steaming, remove from heat and vigorously whisk in 3 tbsp (25 g) of chocolate. Try using less milk for a thicker chocolate drink.

Cacao Tea - Made from cacao husks and cocoa nibs roasted in our chocolate factory, this cacao tea has a warm chocolatey flavour without any added sugar. Though this tea is caffeine free it does naturally contain theobromine. Theobromine is a natural stimulant and provides a delicate boost of energy with increased mental clarity.

Cacao Nibs - Roasted in house by the McGuire Chocolate Company, cacao nibs are the inside pieces of the cacao bean. These are what we eventually grind down into chocolate. As a nib, these little guys add a healthy and flavorful crunch to your cooking and baking. Some things that we use nibs for: Banana bread/ muffins/ other baked goods, yogurt, oatmeal, cookies, coffee (grind them up with your coffee beans).

Cacao Powder - Natural cocoa powder is less refined, retaining the flavour of the cacao origin, and is more nutrient rich than commonly processed cocoa powders.
Use this cocoa powder in baking to elevate your desserts. The origin of this cocoa is Kokoa Kamili in the Kilombero Valley of Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili is a social enterprise helping to elevate the quality of life for cocoa farmers. 

Hot Cocoa - A delicious, single origin Hot Cocoa Mix. To make this drink blend we sourced organic, natural process cocoa powder from one of our favourite origins - Kokoa Kamili. This cocoa powder is less reined and packed full of more flavour than traditional hot cocoa mixes. This is different from drinking chocolate becuase it is a blend of cocoa powder and can sugar instead of chocolate chunks.
