Our Satisfaction Commitment
Decor & gift items: Not quite right? We accept returns on decorative accessories and pillow covers within 10 days of purchase for store credit. Contact us at hello@decorchic.ca before sending anything back.
Custom window coverings: All custom orders such as blinds, shades, drapery, and shutters, are made to order and are final sale. That's why every project starts with a professional on-site measurement, so your window coverings fit perfectly before production ever begins.

Professional Measurement & Installation: Every custom order includes professional on-site measurement and installation by our trained team. We schedule installation when it's convenient for you, and we don't consider the job done until you're completely satisfied.
Home Decor: Our curated home decor shop features candles and fragrances, pillows and throws, wall art, vases, dried florals, rugs, and seasonal collections. Every item has been personally selected for quality, design, and value.
