Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship stocked home decor products, such as pillows, rugs, kitchen & bath, and decorative accessories, across Canada. We offer flat shipping rates and free shipping, at different price thresholds by region to reflect actual carrier costs.
Shipping Rates
The table below shows our flat-rate shipping fee and free shipping threshold by region. Select your province at checkout and the correct rate will be applied automatically.

We do not ship to the Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), or Nunavut (NU). We do not ship to the United States.
Rural & Remote Locations
If your delivery address is in a rural or remote location, you may be subject to additional carrier surcharges beyond the flat rate shown above. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with a quote for approval before fulfilling.
Oversize Items
Some larger pieces, such as certain rugs or statement decor, may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and weight. If your order requires an oversize fee, we will reach out with a quote for your approval before the order ships.
Local Pick-Up in Belleville, ON
Customers local to the Quinte Region can pick up stocked items at our Belleville location at no charge. To use this option:
- At checkout, select Local Pick-Up from the delivery dropdown.
- Once you receive your order confirmation email, hold tight.
- You'll receive a second email when your order is packed and ready to go.
- Swing by our store at 3β6835 ON-62, Belleville, ON K8N 0L9, Canada.
Pick-up hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am β 5:00pm | Saturday 10:00am β 3:00pm
Custom Drapery, Blinds & Shades
Custom orders are made to order and do not ship in the traditional sense. They are fulfilled for local installation. Our standard lead time is approximately 4β6 weeks from order placement.
- Higher than normal order volume may extend this timeline. We never rush and we never compromise on quality.
- Occasional fabric delays due to supply chain can occur. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible after placement.
Out of Stock Items
If you purchase an item that is out of stock, either by pre-ordering or if there is an inventory error, we will contact you with an estimated restock date. If the timeline does not work for you, we will reimburse you 100% and/or suggest a similar in-stock item.
