Refund policy

At DecorChic Living, our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our Store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below. We want your experience at DecorChic Living to be a positive one!

Store credit will be issued on decorative home accessories within 24 hours once the item has been returned to the store and inspected to ensure it’s in the original condition.

You may return home accessories or decorative pillow covers within 10 days of purchase for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please do not send items back without connecting with us first. We want to ensure your items are being sent back to the appropriate location.

Cancelling Your Order

Please contact us at hello@decorchic.ca within 24hrs of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has shipped out already, shipping is non-refundable.

Eligible Items for Store Credit:

  • Decor Items 
  • Pillow Covers

Ineligible Items for Return or Store Credit(FINAL SALE):

  • Custom or made to order items, including all blinds, drapery, bedding
  • Gourmet Food Items
  • Bedding
  • Rugs
  • Pillow Inserts
  • Clearance 
  • Items damaged through normal wear, such as sun exposure, humidity, or other natural factors

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and defects are an unfortunate inconvenience and we too feel the frustration when these things arise. Each case is subject to inspection and approval. Please report within 48hrs of receiving by emailing us here.If you are receiving white glove delivery from our delivery partners, please inspect the piece before the drivers leave and have them make note of any damages or defects.
