CAT FIGHT - Five Paws on our heat scale A thick unctuous sauce with pepper seeds floating in a bright cheery yellow glow. Pretty in a bottle and better on a plate! The Scotch Bonnet peppers pack flavours and depth that means this sauce makes a great marinade. Its fruitiness begs to be brushed on to white fish fillets or slathered on slabs of tofu that is then grilled. Delicious mixed through hot plain rice with fresh parsley and pine nuts. So pretty it is almost too good to eat!
