Grainy - Mustard seed and pickling spice, that’s it. This mild blend makes an excellent accompaniment to charcuterie boards, cheeses or simply to boost the flavour of any dish it falls into.
Ballpark - Classic yellow mustard with a twist. Smoked Paprika and Cumin bring on a bold flavour while Turmeric creates it’s vibrant colour.
Chardonnay - For this grainy style mustard we pickle the seeds for two weeks in Chardonnay wine from Prince Edward County. This process draws a subtle heat from the mustard seed that fuses beautifully with the sweetness from the grapes.
Sassy - Holding true to it’s name, Sassy takes on Jalapeño, Habanero and a hint of Ghost Pepper to create a Dijon style mustard that kicks your dish to the next level
Beer Mustard - Prince Eddy’s So Many Friends IPA soaked seeds brings this crunchy mustard to the next level! Sandbanks Bee’s Honey adds a slight sweetness making this a great alternative to your classic honey mustard. Great in salad dressings, on sandwiches and a go to during bbq season!
Horseradish Sauce - Dijon style mustard with a unique tang. Horseradish root is blended with mustard seed to create a moderate heat. We love this one on our eggs in the morning and steak in the evening!
