There is 76 % pure cocoa in this fine shortbread of ours – and the cookie still does not have any bitter finish – even though it is low sugar!

Also nut free, our Dark Chocolate shortbread is one of those traditional shortbread cookies that melt in your mouth! This is a beautiful shortbread!
