Classic - This has always been reminiscent of a truly classic shortbread cookie. This traditional shortbread, or a similar flavour-type have been made as early as the 12th Century, however its invention is most often attributed to Mary Queen of Scots in the 16th Century.One of Chef Mark's all time favourite cookies, this is an elegant cookie, with a clean and buttery taste.Made with half of the sugar of Grandma's shortbread, this cookie is the ideal treat for a diabetic or someone watching their sugar. Many may try and copy this cookie, but Chef Mark has them beat on this flavour!

This is the real deal, melting in your mouth, pure Belgian chocolate chips – and the cookie is not loaded with sugar - like so many others.

This is simply the best Chocolate Chip cookie we know how to make – and others agree. Yup; it’s a best seller all year around!
