Classic - This has always been reminiscent of a truly classic shortbread cookie. This traditional shortbread, or a similar flavour-type have been made as early as the 12th Century, however its invention is most often attributed to Mary Queen of Scots in the 16th Century.One of Chef Mark's all time favourite cookies, this is an elegant cookie, with a clean and buttery taste.Made with half of the sugar of Grandma's shortbread, this cookie is the ideal treat for a diabetic or someone watching their sugar. This traditional shortbread pairs well with a cup of tea or coffee or as a side with ice cream or sorbet, or with a wee dram of brandy!

Wheat flour, Butter, (cream, salt, milk) Sugar, Rice flour, Pure vanilla
